The service staff always forcing to buy accessories e.g engine protector, air filter, engine flush etc etc. I understand they have targets but forcing customer against his will & then suddenly changing attitude just because you didnt buy anything is very unprofessional. Kindly train the staff to ask once & be courteous if customer declines

This gas station is beautiful. Its close to a train station and has a minimart in its vicinity. Has great staff and a spacious environment.

This evening I went to this petrol station site to fill up petrol in my car and I requested the gasoline guy to please clean my windshield because its dusty and he refuse to clean it because his reason is so busy but I saw the other guy on the next petrol pump where I am standing where I am the one cleaning my own car using their cleaning material he is cleaning the other customer car and I was thinking its not busy there is no one next customer at the back of me. Why he refuse his name is Sar9n Bos the crew

Excellent location and excellent service. Top of the line customer care. We went for the petrol and the full car wash. Quick and thorough and very easy on the pocket. Must visit. There is a cafeteria in case you wish to sit and relax while your car is taken care. Location is also excellent. Next to the Al Jafiliya metro station. Really cool place.

I had a very bad experience today. Went for usual petrol filling. Was advised by the guy to check my car TYRE air pressure. I went slowly towards the usually bent air pressure pillar. And while parking, my car slightly touched the pillar and coz it was rusted it got tilted but further like 5 degrees. I filled the air and then the Supervisor comes and say that I broke the pillar and will call the police and he was rude. I filled the air and left the place quietly saying that pls file the case if u wish. Very rude. My car number is J4849 and I will be delighted to speak to any of my favourite Police in the world Dubai Polices Incharge if called. Regards

Best car washing. They know well how to make your car clean. Went to many other eppco, emarat car washing centres but these guys are unbeatable, and going to them since 2012 for washing and still they are my first preference for washing my car in UAE.

This station is right beside the Al Jafiliya metro station. You wont miss it from the road or the side walk. It gets busy but never cramped due to the location. You can get stuff from the convenience store but no restaurant is in the vicinity.

No ATM at this gas station! Car wash team is very good and really make an effort! Definitely ahead of the standard gas station car wash service.

EMARAT Petrol Station.Good option if you require urgent fillings while on the Sheikh Zayed road or near Trade Centre.Unfortunately ATM facility is not available.
